Forage Hill Farm is an 80 acre farm located in the heart of Baltimore county, Maryland. Hat creek has helped design, install and continues to work with Forage Hill Farm to this day. Forage hill is a multi-species permaculture edible forest garden with a variety of stone and pome fruit. Intertwined into the orchard is a list of pollinators as well as berry crop such as blackberries and elderberry . A poultry operation functions within the orchard as a fully pastured based egg laying operation. Lastly, located deep in the woods, forage hill has a fully operating mushroom log enterprise.
